Nikki Carpenter

DIRECTOR OF UNDERWRITING

Nikki oversees the underwriting for the CCRRG Program. Nikki worked with Magnolia as Director of Underwriting in 2013 & 2014 and returned in 2018 as the Director of Underwriting. Nikki is integral to ensuring that CCRRG’s underwriting discipline is maintained and collaborates closely with Brokers on Submissions, quotes, and binding of CCRRG accounts. Prior to Magnolia she worked with a General Insurance Agency as Program Underwriter and Operations manager.

Nikki started her Underwriting career in 1999 where she worked as a Customer Service Representative for an independent Program Management company dealing with Home Health and Hospice. Nikki advanced to the Lead Underwriter for GL/PL for all aspects of the Home Health, Hospice and Nursing programs.

Nikki supervises the Magnolia underwriting team and collaborates with the President of Magnolia on underwriting and as a member of the Management team.
